ABCs is a program designed to help children improve computer skills and mouse motor skills. The ABC screen lets them use the keyboard or mouse to activate letters and numbers. On the Shapes and Colors screen, click the shape or color and the display area changes to correspond. The Chalkboard screen lets them select colors and draw on a blackboard. The WAV files can be substituted with your voice to personalize the program.

Larry's Keys is a FREE program in which you can assign sounds, graphics and text to the keys on the keyboard. For example pressing the letter "a" could show the word "Apple" with a picture of an apple and say the word at the same time. There is an example in the zip file. It allows a parent or teacher to make up displays that are associated with the keys on the keyboard. For example, you can teach the alphabet and counting. When each number is pressed, you can display that amount of an item. Or when a letter is pressed, you can have a word starting with that letter spoken and even a picture of the item displayed. You can even setup a series of midi songs to the keys and make your own jukebox, or set up wavs for a sound effects machine. There are so many possibilities.

Roxie's ABC Fish V4.00 offers an enjoyable 3D animated game environment in which children easily learn their ABCs and numbers. In Roxie's ABC Fish, Roxie, a friendly, animated, talking cat, plays "Go Fish" with a child, but, instead of asking for a number, Roxie asks for an upper or lower case letter, or for a number from 0 to 100. Roxie gently guides the child in selecting the correct word card. When a "Go Fish" game is completed, Roxie then sets up a fun music- composing game with singing 'Grumps'. This game was designed to teach preliminary music concepts while the child is having fun exploring the animted musical environment

Sebran's ABC includes a counting game and a memory game for young children. In the game "How Many?" you must count the number of objects on the screen and click on the correct answer from the four possible answers displayed, if you choose the correct answer it becomes a smile; an error gets a frown and the chance to try again. The game "Memory" is the classic memory game. You can choose between 36, 24 and 16 cards. You can install Sebran's ABC in English or Swedish.
